The company is led by Per Schack, who with over 25 years of experience in the carpentry and entrepreneur industry, has built a strong foundation of trust and quality. Our Journey
A company built on experience and insight
Our vision from the beginning
Per Schack began his journey with a passion for buying and renovating estates and villas. This interest led to the founding of the company Tømrermester Per Schack, where quality and craftsmanship were always in focus. The same dedication and understanding of building have now led to the creation of Schack Housing, where the goal is to provide flexible and comfortable housing solutions for companies and their employees.
Our origins
After the success of Tømrermester Per Schack, Per Schack A/S was established. Since then, the company has served as a subcontractor on many large construction projects across Denmark, including data centers and hospitals. Through this work, Per Schack gained firsthand experience with the challenges of finding suitable accommodation for tradespeople. This experience has been a cornerstone of Schack Housing and enables us to fully understand the exact needs of our customers today.
Expansion of the Business
With a solid background in the construction industry and a deep understanding of the needs of tradespeople, Schack Housing quickly gained momentum. The high demand for quality housing led to significant growth, as Schack Housing evolved from managing a few rental properties to becoming an established company with a broad portfolio of accommodations across the country.
