We have houses and apartments that are centrally located in or near the cities, ensuring that no time is wasted getting to shopping opportunities, gas stations/charging stations, and anything else that may be needed. We strive to ensure that our houses meet the needs and desires of you, the tenants, and your employees, and we do our utmost to make your stay with Schack Housing a good and positive experience.

Included Facilities
The rent includes WiFi, heating, water, and electricity, as well as access to washing machine and dryer
Bedding and Towels
Bed linen and towels can be purchased. Beds may not be used without bed linen
Cleaning
A final cleaning fee applies – this is mandatory
Parking
Where free parking is not available, a parking permit can be included in the rent

07:00 – 16:00 Mon–Thu
07:00 – 14:00 Fri
Check-in & Check-out
Check-in from 15:00 – Check-out by 10:00. A fee will be charged for late check-out
No Smoking
Smoking is not allowed in any of the properties. Violation will result in a high penalty fee
No Pets
Pets are not allowed in any of the properties. Violation will result in a high penalty fee
Fire Alarms
Deactivation or removal of fire alarms will incur a fee of DKK 10,000
Damages
Any damage or destruction of furniture and fittings will result in a fee based on the extent of the damage
